Late Payment Policy

Effective as of 09/01/2025

By purchasing any products or services offered by Advanced Pest Control, you ("The Customer") agree to the following payment terms:

  1. Payment Terms

    All invoices are due in full upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers are expected to remit payment for all goods and services rendered by the due date indicated on the invoice.

  2. Late Fee

    If payment is not received within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice due date, a late fee of $25.00 (twenty-five U.S. dollars) will be assessed and added to the outstanding balance.

  3. Interest Charges

    In addition to the late fee, any unpaid balance remaining after thirty (30) days past the due date will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less. Interest will be calculated monthly on the total outstanding balance, including previously accrued interest and late fees, until the full amount is paid.

  4. Suspension of Services

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any services or future orders for accounts that remain unpaid beyond sixty (60) days, without further notice. Reinstatement of services may be subject to additional fees or deposits.

  5. Collections and Legal Fees

    In the event unpaid balances are referred to a collection agency or legal counsel, you agree to be responsible for any and all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

  6. Modification

    Advanced Pest Control reserves the right to modify this Late Payment Policy at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review the most current version available on our website.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the pest issue and ensuring the property is accessible for treatment. 

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any fees. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

Modification of Terms

Advanced Pest Control reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post any changes on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
